Bodø International School (BOINT) is now welcoming applications for the main admission period for the 2027/2028 school year. The application deadline is 7 December 2026. Applications will also be considered on a rolling basis throughout the year, subject to available places.
We offer an international education for students in Grades 1–10, with English as the language of instruction. As part of the International Baccalaureate (IB) community, we encourage curiosity, critical thinking, creativity and active student participation.
Learning beyond the classroom
At BOINT, we believe that learning happens in many different ways and places. We have a particular focus on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), practical learning and outdoor education. Through hands-on experiments, exploration, problem-solving and activities in nature, students connect classroom learning to real-life experiences. We use our local surroundings as an active learning arena, encouraging curiosity, creativity and a deeper understanding of the world around us.
We aim to create an inclusive international learning environment where students from different backgrounds meet, learn and grow together.
